- **Entry-level refresh — $15,000–$30,000.** Cosmetic update with stock or semi-custom cabinetry, entry-level quartz or laminate countertops, hardware, backsplash, and basic fixture upgrades. Existing layout preserved (no walls moved, no plumbing relocated).
- **Mid-range full remodel — $30,000–$75,000 (most common).** Semi-custom or custom cabinetry, quartz or natural stone countertops, quality appliances, new flooring, lighting, and updated electrical and plumbing as needed. Minor layout changes possible. Most Philadelphia and Main Line homeowners land here.
- **High-end / fully custom — $75,000–$150,000+.** Fully custom cabinetry, premium stone (quartzite, marble), professional-grade appliances, custom lighting plans, and structural/layout changes. Common in larger Main Line homes (Bryn Mawr, Gladwyne, Villanova).
